How the firm is put together
The practice is led by an advocate and works with associated chartered accountants, company secretaries and cost accountants across India — between twenty-five and thirty professionals in the network, not all of them on payroll. That structure is deliberate. A GST notice, a trademark objection, an ROC default and a bank credit proposal need four different kinds of professional, and a client should not have to find and brief each one separately.
What it means in practice is that your tax position, your ROC records and your legal drafting are prepared by people who can see each other's work. Contradictions between them are what turn a small problem into a scrutiny.
How we work
You get one manager who holds the file. They know your due dates, what is pending and at which office it is sitting. Professional fees and government fees are quoted separately and in writing before work begins, so nothing is added at filing stage.
We also decline work. A fair number of licences and registrations are sold to businesses that are not required to hold them, and we would rather check applicability first and lose the engagement than take a fee for a filing you never needed.
Where we work
Five offices — the head office in Mathura, two in Delhi at Burari and Laxmi Nagar, one in Rohtak and one in Safidon, district Jind. Most matters run entirely online, with documents collected and returned digitally. If you would rather sit across a desk, any office works, and files move between them internally so you never have to repeat yourself.
Clients outside India
Non-resident founders, NRI taxpayers, foreign parent companies and overseas businesses setting up in India are a regular part of the practice. Where an authority requires apostille or notarisation of documents executed abroad, we handle that requirement rather than leaving you to discover it at the filing stage.
