A single professional desk for Indian statutory work. Tell us the problem in your own words; working out which form it actually is, and which authority it goes to, is our job.

The monthly cycle
Four dates most late fees come fromQRMP filers follow a quarterly cycle, and dates move when the government grants an extension. Ask us to map your exact calendar →
What we do
Most firms hand you between departments. Here, one manager holds your file and pulls in the right professional — advocate, chartered accountant, company secretary or cost accountant — as the matter demands.
Choosing the structure, then getting it on the register.
The recurring work that quietly decides whether you get a notice.
Securing the name, mark and invention before someone else does.
Sector approvals, where the paperwork is the business model.
Consents and EPR duties for anyone who manufactures, imports or brands.

How an engagement runs
A call or a form. We identify the actual filing, the authority, the government fee and a realistic timeline — before any payment.
You get a one-page scope: what we file, what you supply, what it costs, with professional fee and statutory fee shown separately.
Documents drafted, verified and filed by the qualified professional for that matter. Acknowledgements shared as they come.
You receive the certificate or order, plus a due-date calendar so the next return does not arrive as a surprise.
Who you are dealing with
Business grow karne ke liye sirf sales nahi, compliance bhi strong honi chahiye.
Neeraj Jain
Founder & CEO, Canjain Global Advisors Pvt Ltd
The firm was built on a simple idea: a business owner should be able to describe a problem in ordinary language and have somebody else work out which form it is, which authority it goes to and what it will cost. Critical matters are reviewed personally; the rest runs on a system that does not depend on one person remembering a date.
Why Canjain
Canjain Global Advisors Pvt Ltd is led by an advocate and works with associated chartered accountants, company secretaries and cost accountants across India. Everything is delivered from India, for clients in India and abroad.
You get one person's number. They know your file, your due dates and what is pending at which office.
Professional fee and government fee are quoted separately, in writing, before work starts. Nothing is added at filing stage.
Plenty of licences are sold to businesses that do not require them. We check applicability first, even when it costs us the engagement.
Advocate, CA, CS and CMA work in the same file, so tax positions, ROC records and legal drafting do not contradict each other.
Overseas founders, NRI taxpayers and foreign subsidiaries handled fully online, with documents collected and returned digitally.
An acknowledgement is not an outcome. We track the application until the certificate, order or objection actually lands.
Where we are
Walk in at any office, or work with us entirely online. Documents move between offices internally, so you never repeat yourself.
Before you call
Once name approval and signed documents are in hand, incorporation is usually a matter of days rather than weeks. The variable is document readiness — identity proofs, address proof for the registered office and the NOC from the property owner. We give you a realistic date at the scope stage, not an optimistic one.
Two components: our professional fee, and the statutory or government fee, which is fixed by the authority and varies with state, authorised capital, turnover or category. We quote both separately in writing before starting. Anyone quoting a single all-India number without asking about your state is guessing.
No. Most matters run entirely online — documents collected digitally, signatures through DSC or e-sign. If you would rather sit across a desk, any of our five offices works.
Yes. Non-resident founders, NRI taxpayers and foreign parent companies are a regular part of the practice. Everything is delivered from India, and we handle apostille and notarisation requirements where the authority asks for them.
Yes. Many clients keep their existing bookkeeping and bring us in for licensing, trademark, ROC or a specific notice. We will not push a bundle you do not need.
Send it across before the reply window closes — GST, income tax, ROC and pollution board notices all carry deadlines, and an extension is easier to get before the date than after. We read it, tell you how serious it is, and quote for the reply.
Talk to us
You do not have to know the name of the form. Describe the problem, and working out which filing it is will be our job.
