Canjain Global Advisors Pvt Ltd is a private limited company providing registration, taxation, licensing and regulatory services. The practice is led by an advocate and works with associated chartered accountants, company secretaries and cost accountants. We are a private firm and have no connection with any government department or regulatory authority.

How an engagement begins
An enquiry is not an engagement. We act for you only once we have issued a written scope setting out what we will file, what you will supply, the professional fee and the statutory fee, and you have accepted it. Work begins after acceptance and receipt of the agreed advance.
What you are responsible for
- Giving us information and documents that are true, complete and on time.
- Telling us promptly if the facts change while a matter is running.
- Signing, verifying or e-signing what only you can sign.
- Any consequence arising from information you gave us that turns out to be incorrect or incomplete.
What we are responsible for
We will carry out the agreed scope with professional care, using the qualified professional appropriate to the matter, and keep you informed as acknowledgements and orders come in.
What we cannot promise
Approval, registration and timelines rest with the authority concerned, not with us. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, that a mark will be registered, that a notice will be dropped, or that a filing will be processed within any particular period. Where an application is rejected on merits, our fee for the work done remains payable.
Fees
Professional fees and government or statutory fees are quoted separately. Government fees are payable to the authority and are not refundable by us in any circumstances. Fees quoted are valid for the scope described; work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is taken up.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in relation to any engagement is limited to the professional fee received by us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us is kept confidential and disclosed only to the authority concerned, to the professional handling your file, or where the law requires it.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and marks on this website belong to Canjain Global Advisors Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
