Refund & Cancellation Policy

Professional work is charged for the time and expertise applied to it, and government fees are paid onward to the authority. This policy explains what that means for cancellations and refunds of payments made to Canjain Global Advisors (CGA India), including payments made online through this website.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before we have started work on the matter, the professional fee is refunded in full. Write to us at arm@cgaindia.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99966 47888 as soon as you decide.

Cancellation after work begins

Once preparation has started, the professional fee is refundable in proportion to the work not yet done, on our reasonable assessment, which we will share with you in writing. Where the return, application or reply has already been filed, the professional fee for that filing is not refundable.

Government and statutory fees

Fees paid to any authority or portal — for example the MCA, the Trademark Registry, FSSAI, a licensing body or a tax portal — cannot be refunded by us once paid, whatever the outcome of the application. Where a government fee has been collected from you but not yet paid onward, it is refunded in full.

Third-party costs

Digital signature certificates, notarisation, stamp duty, courier charges and similar costs are not refundable once incurred.

Rejection by an authority

An application rejected or a query raised by an authority is not, by itself, a failure of service and does not create a right to a refund. Where a rejection is caused by an error on our part, we will correct and re-file at no further professional fee.

Duplicate or excess payment

Any duplicate or excess payment is refunded in full to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

• Write to arm@cgaindia.com with your name, mobile number, the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or UTR) and the service it relates to.
• We acknowledge the request within 2 working days and confirm the amount refundable in writing.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of confirmation, to the original payment method. Credit to your account usually takes a further 5–7 working days depending on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.

No physical delivery

Our services are professional services delivered online, by email or at our offices. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no shipping or delivery charge. Filed documents, acknowledgements and certificates are shared by email or WhatsApp.
