- Documents shared for an engagement. Where you engage us, we receive identity proofs, financial records, agreements and similar material necessary for the filing concerned.
- Basic technical data. Standard server and font-delivery logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
How the enquiry form works
The form on this website does not store your details on our servers. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email", the details you typed are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email draft on your own device, which you then choose to send. Nothing reaches us until you send it.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a scope and fee quotation.
- To carry out the professional work you engage us for, including making filings with the authority concerned.
- To meet our own record-keeping obligations under applicable law.
- To send you due-date reminders and updates on your matters, where you are a client.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is necessary: with the government department or regulatory authority to which a filing is made; with the associated professional handling your file; and where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained only as long as needed to respond. Records relating to an engagement are retained for the period required under the applicable tax, corporate and professional record-keeping rules, and thereafter disposed of securely.
Payments
Payments made through the payment link on this website are processed by our payment gateway provider. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by that provider under its own terms and are not collected or stored by us.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp and our payment gateway. When you use those links, the relevant provider's own privacy terms apply.
Your choices
