Terms of service
These terms apply when you engage CGA India (Canjain Global Advisors) for any service, and when you use this website. Engaging us, or paying our invoice, means you accept them.
What we do
We provide tax, registration, certification, compliance and advisory services. Each engagement is confirmed separately in writing — by engagement letter, quotation, email or WhatsApp — setting out the scope and the fee. That confirmation, read with these terms, is the agreement between us.
Fees
- Our professional fee is quoted in full before work begins. Nothing is added later without your agreement in writing.
- Government and statutory charges are separate. They vary with authorised capital, state stamp duty and the authority concerned, and are passed on at cost, with the receipt attached to your invoice. We do not mark them up.
- All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Work generally begins on receipt of the agreed advance.
What we commit to
- The professional assigned to your file is named to you, and you get their direct number
- Every call, email and WhatsApp message is answered within one working day
- Timelines quoted are realistic working-day estimates based on our actual experience
- You are told before a statutory due date, not after a penalty has been levied
What we need from you
- Accurate and complete information. We prepare filings from what you give us. We are not able to verify the truth of underlying facts and records, and we rely on them being correct.
- Documents on time. Statutory deadlines are fixed. Late documents can mean a missed deadline, and any resulting penalty is payable by you.
- Prompt responses where an authority raises a query with a reply window.
Timelines
Timelines depend on government portals and officers, and are outside our control. Name rejection at the MCA, portal downtime, an unexpected query or a change in procedure can all extend a matter. We will tell you as soon as we know. We do not guarantee a specific date of completion, and we do not guarantee that any application will be approved — approval rests with the authority.
Limits of our liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for penalties arising from information you supplied that was incomplete or inaccurate, or for delays caused by government authorities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with us is confidential and is used only for your work. See our privacy policy for detail.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already done up to that point remain payable. On request we will hand over your documents and the papers filed on your behalf.

CGA India is a private professional services firm. We are not a government department and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any authority. Government fees are payable to the relevant authority and are collected by us at cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jind, Haryana.
