Grant sizes are ₹4 lakh and ₹7 lakh per stage, not ₹40 lakh. Be wary of anyone promising more under TIDE 2.0.
Applications open in cycles at each incubator, so timing matters.

Generally you can apply to open calls, but you can accept TIDE 2.0 support only once per stage.

Recognition, grant, loan ya certificate ka sanction sirf implementing ministry, state department ya incubator karta hai; CGA approval ya amount ki guarantee nahi deta. Scheme limits latest official guidelines ke hisaab se badal sakti hain.
